By utilizing a standardized 115gsm (C2S #80) Glossy stock, we deliver the industry-standard balance of vibrant color reproduction and professional handling weight.
The Industrial Standard: C2S #80 (115gsm) is the "sweet spot" for high-volume flyer distribution—light enough for easy hand-outs and mass mailing, but thick enough to prevent "show-through" and maintain a premium, coated sheen.

How to Order
Submit, Pay, and Release.
- Prepare your File: Verify your artwork is exactly 148mm x 210mm (A5) with a 3mm external bleed on all sides.
- Upload: Upload your flyer files.
- Order Online: Select your quantity and Add to Cart or Buy It Now
- Instant Payment: Complete your payment via GCash or Maya through Paymongo.
- Factory Confirmation: Your file is instantly sent to the pre-press queue. You will receive an automated email confirmation.

No Proofing. No Alterations.
- Files: This is a Direct-to-Press workflow. No hard proof or soft proof will be provided. We print exactly what you upload.
- No Changes: Once submitted, files cannot be altered, replaced, or canceled.
- File Conversion: Files submitted as RGB will be automatically converted to CMYK.
- Cutting Variance: A +/- 3mm shifting tolerance during high-speed cutting is normal. Keep important text and images well within the safe zone (at least 5mm from the trimmed edge).
- File storage: all submitted files will be discarded after pickup.
File Requirements & Canva Instructions
Accepted Formats: PDF (Preferred), JPG, PNG.
To ensure industrial-grade clarity on our Heidelberg presses, your files must meet these strict criteria:
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI. (Web-quality 72 DPI images will appear blurry).
- Color Mode: CMYK. (RGB files will be auto-converted; we are not responsible for resulting color shifts).
- Size: Exactly 148mm x 210mm plus a 3mm bleed on all sides.
Special Instructions for Canva Users
If you are designing in Canva, you must use these settings to avoid production errors:
- Design Size: Ensure your Canva canvas is set to 154mm x 216mm (this accounts for the required 3mm bleed).
- Exporting: Click 'Share' -> 'Download'.
- File Type: Select PDF Print (Not 'PDF Standard').
- Settings: Check the box for "Crop marks and bleed" and "Flatten PDF".
- Color Profile: Select CMYK (requires Canva Pro) for best results. If using Canva Free (RGB), accept that neon colors may appear duller when printed.
Shipping & Pickup
Scheduled Production, On-Demand Delivery.
- Cut-off Time: Order cut-off is every Wednesday at 4:00pm for Monday pickup. Orders placed after this time will be pushed to the following week’s batch.
- Factory Release: Completed flyers are released from our Valenzuela factory every Monday afternoon.
- Delivery (Lalamove/Grab): You must book your own third-party pickup (e.g., Lalamove MPV/Truck) from our Valenzuela factory once you receive the 'Ready for Pickup' automated email. We do not manage the delivery.
